Sandra Boyle
Having entered the retail arena in 1982 Sandra has operated at all levels of the industry. She has owned and operated retail business in many states of Australia throughout that time as well as holding prominent industry roles.

Sandra is the founder and Managing Director of WILD Retail Group Pty Ltd, the entity which operates the WILD Cards and Gifts franchise system. Sandra’s main areas of control are product ranging, supplier interaction, store design and marketing.

Lawrence Boyle
Since owning his first retail store in 1985 Lawrence has made a career of developing retail stores in all states of Australia. Having owned over 15 of his own businesses and assisted in the creation of more than 50 others Lawrence is now responsible for the growth and development of the group as well as landlord negotiations and franchisee recruitment.

Together Sandra and Lawrence have accumulated over 40 years experience in Retailing. This has covered several diverse categories as well as many different sized groups. Their experience of being sole traders right through to being part of a 320 store national group has provided a tremendous background which all WILD franchisees can take advantage off.

All Franchisees receive regular weekly sales reports and industry updates. Group meetings are also held at major gift fairs and the annual WILD Conference.

Internal newsletter “On the WILD side” regularly showcases store merchandising ideas and product releases.

An annual Christmas Catalogue is also produced by the group showcasing each years newest products.

For the all the commercial benefits provided by the group the service fee is a low 3% +gst of gross sales. This fee is less than half of some of WILD’s competitors.

Opportunities
There are always many opportunities to join WILD. This could be through the creation of a brand new store or indeed the purchase of one of the existing stores within the growing group.

The total all up cost of a brand new store including the fixtures and fitting, stock, initial franchise fee and associated costs will vary from approx $250,000 through to $300,000. Major factors are the store size and whether or not the landlord is willing to contribute to the fitout.

Existing stores vary in price according to their trading profitability.
